Broadcast Mode:
Resolved issue where vehicles were flickering when using Trackside cameras.
Resolved issues where Trackside cameras were not accurately following cars in Rallycross Events.
Resolved issue where game would crash when switching cameras.
Made a number of minor updates and big fixes to feature.

Resolved issues where game would periodically stutter when USB input devices are connected, in some specific scenarios.

Resolved issue where some trackside banners appeared as blank images.
