Video game development is rarely about one man, but if it was, then Terence Groening should certainly get a mention for his contributions to the genre as the man responsible for the physics of Sportscar GT, EA’s PC F1 and NASCAR games of the early 2000’s, rFactor, rFactor 2 and every title and rFpro simulator that spawned from ISI’s engine.

Marcel Offermans today confirmed that Nurburgring Grand Prix, Nordschleife, Combined (GP+NS), and 24 Hour layouts will be released within “weeks”, showed a trailer for the track, and announced the Porsche Cup car during the ADAC SimRacing Expo livestream.
The Porsche Cup car has no traction control or ABS. With less aero and grip, it should feel a lot more like a road car compared to the GT3.
