As a direct ancestor of iRacing, the ‘Grand Prix Legends engine’ had multiple stock car racing false starts, before eventually releasing as NASCAR Racing 4. The original NASCAR 3, cancelled and replaced by one that used NASCAR 2’s engine, is barely remembered.
Better known today as the developer of Skyrim and Fallout, Bethesda once had a well-respected racing game franchise and were deep into development of a licensed Skip Barber Racing title that never released.
Codemasters today released an update for DiRT 4 that fixes a few issues people who use online community features will have been complaining about.
Notes:
Hi all,
We’ve just pushed live the latest patch for DiRT 4! You can expect to find the below updated:
– Clubs leaderboards crashing is fixed
– Point awarded in Clubs are now shown correctly
– Community Event rewards will now always correctly be awarded
– Flavour of the Week achievement/trophy works again
As usual, please let us know if you’ve seen anything that has slipped through the cracks. :) We’ve set up a pinned discussion, so please head there if there’s anything you’ve spotted.
Thanks,
Christina
