Shortly after the release of Grand Prix Legends the sim racing community looked forward to another title that promised to offer a similar insight into historic racing. Watch the trailer and read about what sim racing missed out on.

Last week I posted about Motorsport Games announcement that they were moving to acquire the shares of 704Games owned by PlayFast. On Monday, unannounced on their Web site, they agreed to acquire the last 10.1% of the outstanding common stock of 704Games owned by Ascend. After closing of these transactions Motorsport Games will own 100% of the outstanding common stock of 704Games.
As I said, they chose not to post this on their news page on Monday, but you can find it on finance Web sites and it is mentioned that they had made the offer in their PlayFast announcement. The news now, of course, is that it appears to have been accepted.
