Video game development is rarely about one man, but if it was, then Terence Groening should certainly get a mention for his contributions to the genre as the man responsible for the physics of Sportscar GT, EA’s PC F1 and NASCAR games of the early 2000’s, rFactor, rFactor 2 and every title and rFpro simulator that spawned from ISI’s engine.

A new ‘Pro Challenge’ available for F1 23 where users can compete with Charles Leclerc at the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAN PREMIO D’ITALIA 2023.
From September 5 to September 11, participants can enter ‘F1 World’ and test their skills against Charles Leclerc’s fastest virtual lap time of 1:20:151. Players who surpass Leclerc’s lap time will receive the exclusive helmet he sported during Monza. This is the second of the newly introduced ‘Pro Challenges’, allowing fans to experience the thrill of competing directly against their favorite drivers.
