World Of Outlaws: Dirt Racing 24 Coming September With New Content, Deeper Career, Variable Track Grip

iRacing and Monster games have today announced the September 17, 2024 release of World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing ’24 for PlayStation and Xbox. The previous title was very well received and is a very good game, so adding the new content, challenges, deeper career, variable track grip and improving the graphics will really help establish the franchise. Maybe this time they’ll even do some marketing.

iRacing and the World of Outlaws are pleased to announce World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing 24, the sequel to the incredibly popular and well-received World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing.

The next installment in the franchise will deploy for PlayStation and Xbox consoles on Sept. 17, with the Gold Edition releasing one week earlier. It’ll again feature the cars and stars of the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series, World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Late Model Series, Super DIRTcar Series, Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series presented by Toyota, DIRTcar UMP Modifieds and more – including the addition of the American Sprint Car Series.

The original World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing was released in fall 2022, bringing the World of Outlaws back to console gaming for the first time in a decade. The game received a 2023 season update last fall that added even more new cars, tracks, and drivers. Both versions of the game were championed by the dirt racing community as the sport’s new standard for console gaming, with iRacing’s acquisition of Monster Games in late 2021 serving to take Monster’s existing and industry-leading platform to the next level with retooled physics and AI.

World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing 24 builds upon this foundation with all-new experiences and further refinements. The new title prominently features Sprint Car legend Donny Schatz, who will serve as your mentor and racing benchmark as you progress through the game. You’ll have the chance to try and beat Schatz’s 10 World of Outlaws championships and more than 300 career race victories as you race on some of the most exciting and well-known dirt ovals in America.

New Cars and Tracks: Additional licensed tracks and series will be represented across the base game as well as downloadable content.
