If you ever played Papyrus’ seminal Grand Prix Legends then you’ve read his name. Rich began working as a tester on NASCAR Racing (1994) and was with Papyrus at the end. In this interview, published in 2022, we discuss his time at the legendary studio and the design of Grand Prix Legends, including initial feelings of hurt at not being asked to join iRacing.

Studio 397 today annnounced a newly rebuilt Zandvoort will be coming to rFactor 2 before the 2021 Dutch Grand Prix, saying today that they “gathered significant amounts of new data and reference materials for the track” and will use those to ensure that rFactor 2 “has the most accurate and detailed representation of the circuit anywhere in sim racing”. The update will be free, and will replace the existing S397 workshop track.
