PC version had two cars, 4 tracks that were secrets and can be found on the CD. Toyota Celica GT4 WRC, Millennium 5 Rallye and four fictional tracks.

Running on Windows 10

Install from CD (I selected not to install DX6 but allowed the Indeo video drivers to install), install the 1.5 patch (needs XP compatibility set to find CMR installation), then run using Rally.exe (using Windows 98/Me compatibility) being patient to the fact that it took a clear 10 seconds for the Rally.exe window to appear in my taskbar. Note that you will not see the intros because you are skipping them by using Rally.exe instead of Game.exe.
