Video game development is rarely about one man, but if it was, then Terence Groening should certainly get a mention for his contributions to the genre as the man responsible for the physics of Sportscar GT, EA’s PC F1 and NASCAR games of the early 2000’s, rFactor, rFactor 2 and every title and rFpro simulator that spawned from ISI’s engine.

IndyCar Racing II community stalwart and guy who had previously created analogue gauges for the title, SK Chow, has been quietly working away on an IndyCar Racing II editing tool that allows editing of engine, chassis and other parameters in IndyCar Racing II. You can find the current version of the tool on GitHub and follow progress (or grab the binary) at the icr2.net forums.
