In this interview, published in 2022, we discuss his time at the legendary studio and the design of Grand Prix Legends, including initial feelings of hurt at not being asked to join iRacing.

Polyphony Digital have released an update to Gran Turismo 7, adding three new cars such as the beautiful Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Sport Coupé ’70, and native support for the Fanatec Clubsport DD and Fanatec Clubsport DD Extreme Gran Turismo branded wheel.

The following is a list of the main features and adjustments introduced in the new update for Gran Turismo 7.

Main Features
1. Cars
 - The following three new cars join the lineup:
  ・AFEELA Prototype 2024
  ・Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Sport Coupé ’70 (Sold at the “Legend Cars” dealership)
  ・Škoda Vision Gran Turismo
 
2. World Circuits
 - These new events are now part of World Circuits:
  ・Vision Gran Turismo Trophy
   - Grand Valley – Highway 1
  ・American FR Challenge 550
   - Trial Mountain Circuit Reverse
  ・Japanese Clubman Cup 550
   - Alsace Village Reverse
 
3. Café
 - The following Extra Menu has been added:
  ・Extra Menu No.38: Collection: Ferrari 12-Cylinder Engines (Collector Level 38 and above).

 - There are also new sets of conversations with the Car Designers and Characters appearing in the Café. These new conversations can be accessed by changing to the following cars in Garage and speaking with the characters in the Café:

6. Scapes
 - “San Diego” has been added as a featured Curation in Scapes.

7. Controller
 - A new support is now part of the following race wheel controller.

The button settings can be configured from Options > Controllers > Fanatec® GT DD Pro / Extreme.

8. Localization
 - Various text localization issues have been updated.

9. Others
 - Various other issues have been addressed.
