IndyCar Racing 2 runs perfectly in DOSBOX.
1. Download DOSBOX (0.74 is the most used and tested version)
2. Setup a folder on your computer as the C drive
3. Copy to or install IndyCar Racing 2 on the C drive you created
4. Run the setup utility to setup sound
5. Run IndyCar Racing 2 (if you use the -h switch you can run SVGA for sharper graphics)
A steering wheel can be emulated via DOSBOX.
