Online Racing Simulations Company Motorsims to Utilize Graphic Simulations’ Distribution Arm For Retail Version of Upcoming AMA Superbike Title

Las Colinas, TX (May 5th, 1999) — Motorsport Simulations (Motorsims) today announced the signing of an agreement with Graphic Simulations to cover the distribution of the retail version of AMA Superbike. Under the agreement, Strategic Marketing Partners (SMP) a leading retail rep firm will rep AMA Superbike in the retail channel. Additionally Motorsims will make the online version of the game available for download at the Motorsims Racing NetworkTM (www.motorsims.com).

Graphic Simulations have proven experience of distributing successful simulation products. Partnering with them and Strategic Marketing Partners will allow us to strengthen our reach to gamers by distributing a premium, boxed version of AMA Superbike into the retail channel,” notes Motorsims Vice President of Sales and Marketing Alan Castillo.

“We’re always happy to work with people who are as serious about simulations as we are. We’re excited to be joining forces with Motorsims and looking forward to a successful launch for AMA Superbike,” notes Graphic Simulations co-founder Jeff Morgan,

AMA Superbike is a racing simulation officially sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association, as part of a long term deal with Motorsims. In addition to a retail release, gamers will be able to download the online version of AMA Superbike and play the game on-line at the Motorsims Racing NetworkTM (www.motorsims.com). The premium version of the game to be distributed at retail comes with high-resolution textures, advanced player tutorials and a special challenge mode that allows players to race against computer controlled AI racers modeled on top racers from the AMA Superbike circuit.
