Trans-Am Racing ’68-’72 ultimately never released, a victim of a publishers shady dealings, but as a part of my research I uncovered a VHS of a never-released trailer for the game. If you ever played Papyrus’ seminal Grand Prix Legends then you’ve read his name. Rich began working as a tester on NASCAR Racing (1994) and was with Papyrus at the end. In this interview, published in 2022, we discuss his time at the legendary studio and the design of Grand Prix Legends, including initial feelings of hurt at not being asked to join iRacing.
The 2019 Renault RS19 was a midfield car that disappointed, scoring less than half the points during the first 12 races than they had the year before. Daniel Ricciardo joined the team from the more competitive Red Bull and this made their struggles all-the-more noticable. Best finish was a fourth-place in Italy.
