Better known today as the developer of Skyrim and Fallout, Bethesda once had a well-respected racing game franchise and were deep into development of a licensed Skip Barber Racing title that never released.
As a direct ancestor of iRacing, the ‘Grand Prix Legends engine’ had multiple stock car racing false starts, before eventually releasing as NASCAR Racing 4. The original NASCAR 3, cancelled and replaced by one that used NASCAR 2’s engine, is barely remembered.
iRacing today announced that their 2021 Season 2 build had another update, this time a hotfix for their previous changes.
Here is the full changelog:
iRACING UI:
General
– Improvements have been made to the iRacing UI window behavior.
– – This should improve the behaviors for resizing, maximizing, un-maximizing, and remembering the window positions. This also fixes an issue where the mouse position could appear slightly offset from the actual window.

– – Everyone has found new topics to discuss!
Controls
– Logitech TrueForce support has been temporarily disabled by default.
– – The latest G-HUB version (2021.2.7359) has a bug that causes a lockup at Sim shutdown. This feature will be re-enabled when the issue is resolved. You may need to re-calibrate your racing wheel.
