As a direct ancestor of iRacing, the ‘Grand Prix Legends engine’ had multiple stock car racing false starts, before eventually releasing as NASCAR Racing 4. The original NASCAR 3, cancelled and replaced by one that used NASCAR 2’s engine, is barely remembered.
EA SPORTS have today announced its Season 4 content updates for EA Sports WRC to release April 9, 2024. This update introduces 67 real-world 2024 season and historic new Moments and 20 fresh Rally Pass levels. The racing lines of Yohan Rossel and Kalle Rovanperä, the classic Porsche 911 SC RS, BMW M3 Evo Rally, Safari Rally Kenya and Nagoya, Japan among the scenarios.
Additionally, VR will be added later this month for PC players using OpenXR technology, and can be seen previewed in the trailer below.
